Discovered is a competition run by the Central Coast Council aimed at bringing some support to emerging artists on the central coast and surrounding areas. As well as giving performance experience to those participating, the winners receive funding which helps build up their careers in music. When I participated in 2024, I was thrilled to earn the 1st place prize, and this win marked the very beginning of my journey in performance and music making.
